I Should have told you about UPS. The are just one of the more incompetent companies worldwide. I never rely on them. I mailed a complain letter a year ago since the UPS office here in Sunnyvale, CA is a real mess. This time of the year if you really want your packages to get where you want better rely on Fedex, or other even old US post office.
Hope you get use to Toronto Wheather :) quite different for California eh!!

I'm still thinking about filling a claim. But I spent one month on the phone with them everyday and I'm really fed up with UPS. I don't want to spend some more days or weeks on the phone with my calls being routed from department to department until I get something back. Besides some clothes that became uncleanable and a broken photo frame, everything else seems to be ok, miraculously!!
But I'll think about it and maybe I'll do it. If I can find their email address, I will for sure send them a link to the pictures.

And people here in Portugal says that things don't work in Portugal, but in a foreign country it works. And that the bureaucracy takes too long.

This is the prove that it don't just happens in Portugal and that in the outside it's not an oasis.

People fail.
